MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Our sincerest hope is that you understand how important it is to let us know about your change of plans and call us or email as soon as you can.  Our Veterinary office has an empty slot whenever you miss an appointment.

  Once you miss your first appointment a missed appointment letter will be sent explaining that once you miss the second appointment our policy requires you to pre-pay the office for future visits for a 1 year period after the second missed appointment.  You can reschedule your appointment via email, phone or text.
